Your cloud infrastructure,
professionally managed.
ITKX Cloud manages your servers, applications, PostgreSQL databases, Redis, backups, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery—so your team can focus on building the business.
Provider-Independent Cloud Operations
* Provider-independent management across supported infrastructure platforms. No formal partnerships implied.
Streaming Replication
WAL & pgBackRest Encrypted
Cloud providers give you infrastructure.
Who takes responsibility for operating it?
Hosting servers is easy. Guaranteeing availability, recoverability, and security is not. Most growing businesses suffer from silent operational gaps.
Unpatched Server Vulnerabilities
Operating system security patches are ignored for months, leaving hosts exposed to automated script exploits.
Unverified, Untested Backups
Backups run on cron, but the restoration path has never been tested. When the primary node corrupts, recovery fails.
No Replication or Failover Path
Databases operate on single nodes without standby replicas. Hardware failure causes hours of data loss and downtime.
Surface Uptime Monitoring Only
Pings monitor whether the Nginx port is open, but fail to catch stuck job queues, background cron deaths, or API failures.
“ITKX Cloud closes the gap between unmanaged hosting and expensive enterprise DevOps services.”

Read / Write Operations
ReadOnly / Warm Standby
RDS-like PostgreSQL management on infrastructure you control.
Avoid proprietary database lock-in and expensive licensing. ITKX Cloud configures, secures, and maintains production-ready PostgreSQL databases on standard cloud virtual machines or bare-metal instances.
A backup is useful only when it can be restored.
Many teams schedule snapshots but never attempt a restore until disaster strikes. ITKX Cloud operates scheduled restore tests in isolated staging environments, validating backup completeness and documenting actual RTO.

We monitor whether your business process works—
not only whether the server is online.
Our ActiveMonitor pipelines check database replication lag, background cron schedules, message queue backlogs, API tokens, and transactional health endpoints.
The "Online" Uptime Illusion Explained
Traditional uptime monitors only ping your homepage. If your web server returns a status 200 OK, they report that your app is 100% online—even if your business processes are completely broken.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. We are not a hosting provider. We do not sell server space, bandwidth, or domain names. Instead, we are a managed cloud operations service. We manage the servers, applications, databases, security, and backups on cloud accounts owned and paid for directly by you.
Yes, absolutely. In fact, that is our standard operating model. We connect to and manage servers inside your existing accounts on providers like AWS, OVHcloud, E2E Networks, Hetzner, or DigitalOcean. You retain full ownership and billing control of your cloud accounts.
We support any provider that gives us root-level access to Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux). This includes major hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud), developer clouds (DigitalOcean, Linode/Akamai), and infrastructure-focused providers (OVHcloud, Hetzner, E2E Networks).
Not necessarily. If your current provider offers reliable servers and satisfies your application requirements, we can manage it there. If we identify that your provider is unsuitable due to cost, performance, or reliability, we can plan and execute a migration to a more suitable host.
Yes. Managed PostgreSQL operations (including performance tuning, streaming replication, WAL archiving via pgBackRest, and upgrades) and Redis configuration/monitoring are core competencies of our engineering team.
We configure backups to be encrypted and shipped off-site to secure object storage providers (such as Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, or OVH Object Storage) located in a different data center or region than your primary servers. Access is strictly controlled, and backups are encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Yes. For our Business Continuity and custom plans, we conduct scheduled restore tests in an isolated sandbox environment to confirm that the backups are complete, uncorrupted, and can be restored within your required Recovery Time Objective (RTO). Standard backup supervision is included in all packages.
We can design, configure, and maintain high availability (HA) layouts—such as primary-standby database replication or multi-node application server setups—under our Business Continuity and custom plans. Please note that HA layouts are separate from disaster recovery (DR) backup configurations and require multiple servers.
Depending on your plan, we receive an alert immediately. For standard servers, we investigate and work to bring the server back online. For Business Continuity plans with a primary-standby configuration, we can assist with executing failover procedures to route traffic to the healthy standby node with minimal disruption.
You do. You own the cloud accounts, DNS registries, codebases, databases, and the backups. We only act as your operations partner. If you ever decide to end our service, there is no lock-in; you simply revoke our access credentials, and your system continues running normally.
Yes. We maintain documented configurations and portable backup structures. Because we use standard Linux configurations (rather than proprietary cloud APIs), your applications and database structures are highly portable. We can assist with migrations or hand over documentation if you choose to exit.
Yes. We have extensive experience managing production LAMP/LEMP environments, including legacy and modern PHP applications built on CodeIgniter, Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks. We optimize Nginx/Apache, PHP-FPM, opcache, and process managers for high workloads.
Emergency 24/7 support for server-down incidents is included in our Business Continuity and custom agreements. For lower-tier plans, support is provided during our standard business hours. The specific response times (SLAs) are defined in your service level agreement.
No. The cost of servers, databases, object storage, firewalls, and domains is billed directly to you by the cloud providers. This keeps your costs transparent and ensures you retain full ownership of your accounts.
Yes. As part of our onboarding and ongoing operations, we review your resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk, network) and identify oversized servers, orphaned volumes, unnecessary snapshots, and alternative provider setups to help reduce your cloud expenditure.
