Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules and restrictions regarding the types of applications, workloads, and content that may be run on server infrastructures managed by ITKX Cloud.
2. Prohibited Workloads & Content
We do not manage infrastructure hosting:
- Illegal gambling or betting platforms.
- Applications containing pirated or copyrighted material without appropriate license permissions.
- Cryptocurrency mining or decentralized blockchain node verification (e.g. proof-of-work/stake networks) that tax server hardware.
- Bulk email marketing engines designed to send unsolicited messages (spam).
- Malicious scripts, botnets, DDoS injection portals, or phishing nodes.
- Adult content hubs or adult chat hosting networks.
3. Resource Utilization & Security
You agree not to use server resources in any manner that:
- Interferes with the server health of other tenants hosted by the same physical cloud provider.
- Exposes system administrative credentials, database root configurations, or SSH access nodes to unauthorized channels.
- Intentionally triggers memory or storage depletion, causing node lockups.
4. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend managed support services if we discover that your infrastructure hosts prohibited workloads or violates local legal regulations. In such cases, we will hand over documentation and exit our management role.
